Bernard Fein (November 13, 1926 - September 10, 1980) was an American actor, television producer, screenwriter, and film director, who was also co-creator and associate producer of the 1960s American television sitcom, Hogan's Heroes. He also help write the show's pilot episode.

As an actor, he appeared in Sergeant Bilko as Pvt. Gomez, The Untouchables, Sea Hunt, Lawman, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, 77 Sunset Strip, Perry Mason, The F.B.I, The Facts of Life, The Murder Men and Robin and the 7 Hoods.

He died of a heart attack on September 10, 1980, in Los Angeles, California.
