Frank Russell Parker (July 1, 1939 - September 16, 2018) also known as Brett Parker, was an American actor who would appear in several films and television series in the 1960s and 1970s, including two episodes of the 1960s sitcom, Hogan's Heroes. He died on September 16, 2018, from complications of Parkinson's Disease and dementia. He was preceded in death by his daughter Candace Parker, who died in a car accident in 1999.
