Major Lutz is a fictional character who appeared in the Hogan's Heroes episode, Klink vs. The Gonculator. He was played by Noam Pitlik.
Major Lutz stole a top-secret radio from a German rocket and offered to give it to his underground contact Lila Winster, in exchange for a way out of Germany. Hogan manipulated affairs so that he was brought to Stalag 13 to investigate their "Gonculator", then faked Lutz' death when the Gonculator overloaded and snuck him down into the tunnels. Presumably Lutz then made his way to England.
"I see nothing! Nothing!"
