Synopsis[]

A baroness is asked by Klink to get secrets out of Hogan and Hogan complies by giving her a British agent with phony invasion plans.

Story Notes[]

  • This is the one hundred and twelfth episode of the series, but is the one hundredth and tenth episode to be shown on television and is the eighteenth episode shown for the Fourth Season.
  • The title could be a wordplay on the title for the movie My Favorite Brunette or the television series My Favorite Martian.
  • Hogan mentions that he was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This agrees with Axis Annie but contradicts Hogan's Double Life, in which the Gestapo states that he was born in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Timeline Notes and Speculations[]

  • This episode takes place in early 1944. Hogan reminds his fellow heroes that they've been at Stalag 13 for two years. The mission of Captain Sears is to plant misinformation about coordinating underground activities with "an invading force." This dovetails nicely with the real-life Allied misinformation campaign leading up to the Normandy invasion.
  • In the world of the series, Baron von Krimm commanded the Sixth Army at Stalingrad. In real life, its commander was General Friedrich Paulus.
  • According to Hochstetter, Baroness von Krimm has been a Gestapo agent "since before the war."
