Sgt. Malcolm Flood is a fictional character who appeared in the Hogan's Heroes episode, The Most Escape-Proof Camp I've Ever Escaped From. He was played by Mickey Manners.
Flood was formerly a performer, known as Malcom The Magnificent. The reason he keeps escaping is to build his fame even more, and ostensibly becoming known as Flood The Fabulous. He has shown himself to be an extremely skilled escape and evasion artist, being able to get out of his shackles and put them on Schultz, and later escaping from Hogan's quarters, after first stuffing Carter inside a footlocker, leaving Hogan to find Carter there later.
